- Lower-located fluting unit with hydraulic locking
- The quick-roll-change cartridge device is driven by hydraulic motor. It makes roll positioning accurately without damage.
- Pneumatic engaging/disengaging to steam joints during cartridge change. Quick pins locking and composed seals realize favorable change and reliable sealing.
- Forklift can be used for carts during cartridge change, saving labor force.
- Corrugating roll, pressure roll and applicator roll share one drive box. It enables strict mechanical synchronization; bring better stabilization and convenient maintenance.
- Retractable glue unit eases machine maintenance and prolongs it life
- Self-circulating glue feeding system, glue-level inspecting device prevents overflow.
- Motorized glue dams adjustment for different web widths
- Motorized adjustment for glue quantity. Automatic speed-related glue quantity control with digital readout. Manual adjustment is also available. Multi-formula option system is open for operators.
- Glue unit idling motor prevents glue from drying in case of short-term downtime

- The standard flute height (A=4.7, B=2.65, C=3.7, E=1.6) and flute profile UV unless marked. Special fluting requirements can be customized.
